Page Builder Tab Missing – check all forum ideas

My onsite pagebuilder tab is missing: appears only if I add a new site, after that its missing. I have: Wordpress 5.2.2 Pagebuilder 2.10.6 siteorigin widgets bundle 1.15.7 no other plugins (never had)… If I click on “Add new page” I have the menue (with add widget add row…. live editor addons).
