page builder stopped working on godaddy manged hosting WP 3.8.1

hey :)

page builder stopped working, apparentely with no reason.
i am working in wordpress on godaddy.
i think it stopped working right after i installed some plugins like landing page builder and a WYSIWYG page editor, and i deactivated them and deleted them, but still no sign of working.
this means i can’t approach my homepage or the the page builder tab in the pages (the tab dowsn’t appear anymore).
i also tried to delete page builder in order to reinstall it, but it won’t delete.
would appreciate any help :)
