On our website Siteorigin pagebuilder works perfectly – except for single product pages? It has been working and in the overview it says “Siteorigin Page Builder” beside the product name, but when edit the product it shows in standard “visual” mode and it’s not possible to choose pagebuilder?
I’ve deactivated all plugins and found the problem being with Woocommerce Memberships plugin. When this plugin is deactivated Siteorigin works fine again?
What to do? We can’t do withour Memberships?
Hi Maria
Thanks for reaching out.
Please, can you send me a link to the plugin page of the WooCommerce Memberships plugin you’re using? I’ll test locally and come back to you with feedback. Thanks again :)
Hi Andrew
Thanks – it’s: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/# we use :)
Thanks for the URL. Please, upload a copy of the plugin to Dropbox or Drive or WeTransfer.com and send the link to the file along with a link to this support thread to [email protected]. We’ll take a look from there :)
Hi Maria, thanks for sending a copy of the plugin. I haven’t been able to replicate the issue just yet. Please, try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce, WooCommerce Memberships and Page Builder by SiteOrigin. In this state, does the issue persist?
Hi Andrew, it’s the same problem when only those three plugins are activated.
Hi again, I’ve just updated a few plugins – unrelated to this. But now it works with Woocommerce Memberships (yaay!)
Unfortunately it now makes the same error with ‘The Events Calendar’ plugin. Which it didn’t before when it was the Membership plugin that triggered the error?
Hi Maria, please, can you confirm that the issue occurs with:
* A default theme like Twenty Nineteen activated.
* All plugins deactivated except for WooCommerce, Page Builder by SiteOrigin and The Events Calendar.
If you’re using a caching/optimization plugin, try clearing it before deactivation.
If the issue persists with the above configuration, try opening the browser console, if there are errors present, take a screenshot and upload it to imgur.com and send us the link. Here is how to access the developer console.

Hi Andrew
Yes, the problem also occurs when switching to a default theme + when all plugins except those three are deactivated.
Although – the error switch between Woocommerce Membership and The Events Calendar. E.g.when deactivating all plugins -> activating Woocommerce and Page Builder by Siteorigin -> activating Woocommerce Membership -> activating The Events Calender = It’s The Events Calendar that triggers the error.
But if I activate The Events Calendar before Woocommerce Membership, it’s Woocommerce Membership that triggers the error?
Here are the errors from the browser control when all plugins are activated: https://imgur.com/a/wNGij30
Thanks for the feedback. Go to PluginsAdd New search for and install a plugin called Server IP and Memory Limit. Once activated, check the footer in your WordPress admin. Please, copy that line that shows memory and memory usage and paste it here. Thanks.
Here you go :) Memory: 98 of 2048 MB (5%) | WP LIMIT: 256 MB
Thanks
We’re currently unsure as to what the issue might be. The console errors possibly suggest a file permissions issue.
Please, could you send us another console errors screenshot, this time with:
Page Builder
WooCommerce
Events Calendar
activated.
If you’re feeling up for it, enabling debug would also be another good step to take. It’s a semi-technical task. You can perhaps give this a quick read and see if it’s something you might be able to do.
Hi again,
When those three plugins are activated, they suddenly works fine.
The debug says (when all plugins activated): Notice: woocommerce_get_template has been outdated since version 3.0! Use wc_get_template instead in …/public_html/ladiesfirst/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4440
I’m frustrated..
Hi Maria, is there anything additional added to your debug log after activating Woocommerce Membership?
When WC Memberships (and all the other plugins are activated) the debug console says:

Hi Maria, thanks, that’s helpful, please, send us a screenshot of the console you’ve pasted above. You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com.
Please, also consider reaching out to WooCommerce support, your premium purchase includes email support. If you head over to woocommerce.com you should be able to login with your username and password and then open a ticket relating to WooCommerce Memberships.

Thanks, I will do that to :)
Thanks.
Please, don’t forget to disable debug when you aren’t actively troubleshooting so that your users don’t see the warning message.
At the moment, I’m unable to replicate the issue locally. Here is a screenshot showing all the plugins in question being run together https://imgur.com/a/OkkbrHI. Please, try asking WooCommerce if they can also take a look and let me know how it goes.
Thanks again.
