Page Builder not working after moving to Managed hosting

I am getting the following errors that are beyond my knowledge:

In the browser console:

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 load-scripts.php:9:542
ReferenceError: Backbone is not defined
siteorigin-panels-24.min.js:2:7090
ReferenceError: _ is not defined
posts-selector.min.js:1:9
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 load-scripts.php:9:542

    Hi Don

    Thanks for posting, sorry we weren’t able to reply sooner. Hopefully, you’ve been able to resolve. Backbone is part of WordPress so this hints to core files being missing. You could test this theory out with a manual FTP update of the WP files: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-using-ftp/
