Page Builder issue – Layout data has no grid cells

Hello, I am using your great plugin for more than 10 years. I have Ascend Premium theme instaled with your plugin. All plugins and the theme are up to date.
I have Ascend Custom Carousel widget and when I try to add a new item I get this message:

Page Builder could not load this layout. Updating the page will not save the incomplete builder view; reload to try again.
Layout data has no grid cells
Reload page

I try to reload the page but nothing happens and some times I get a critical error message on my site.
Maybe you have some ideas what is going on? Thanks in advance, Gabi
