Page Builder install problem

I’ve installed Bento theme.
I’ve tried to install Page Builder 3 times but the “page builder” button is not showing up on my products pages. Need help with this. TIA

Hi Jaspen,
Is SiteOrigin Page builder in your plugins list – WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins?
If it’s not, I suspect you’ve experienced a plugin installation issue. To fix this issue you’re going to have to connect to your website via FTP and navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete so-widgets-bundle. If you need help with using FTP, I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance.
If it is, can you please open up a page in the editor and send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
