Page builder editor forever loading

Hallo,

I’ve just installed SiteOrigin page builder. Added a new page, row, inserted a text editor widget. When I click on edit text in the widget, the popup window appears but forever loading and showing no content or text editor.

I’m working on Microsoft edge browser; tried with Chrome as well but nothing has changed.

Site is very new and completely empty. Just installed PageBuilder and widgetbundle plugins. nothing else.

PageBuilder version 2.6.0
WidgetBundle version 1.11.2
Wordpress version 4.9.1
Theme Bento 1.7.9

Please help, currently the plugin is useless…

    That’s odd. Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
