Page builder editor forever loading

Hallo, I’ve just installed SiteOrigin page builder. Added a new page, row, inserted a text editor widget. When I click on edit text in the widget, the popup window appears but forever loading and showing no content or text editor. I’m working on Microsoft edge browser; tried with Chrome as well but nothing has changed.…
