    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you perhaps try inserting a gallery with the SiteOrigin Editor widget and see if the problem persists? Within the SiteOrigin Editor widget, click the Add Media button, create a gallery from there. You’ll have access to the Jetpack Tiled Gallery options in the right column if you’re using that module.
