Hi I have a order number but it does not want to work. I cannot remember what email I used to pay it with i just saved my order number.
What can I do?

Please confirm that the order number you’ve been using is:

You can upgrade Vantage Free from Appearance > Vantage Premium > Already Paid? top right OR Appearance > Theme Settings > Premium. In the case of Theme Settings you’ll go to Dashboard > Updates to upgrade after inserting your order number.

If you ever need to retrieve your order info you can do so from: https://siteorigin.com/orders/.
If automatically upgrading fails then you can upgrade manually. Here is the URL to download the premium ZIP file:
