Not able to upgrade my premium – get error

Here is FIRST error:
An error occurred while updating Vantage Premium: Update package not available.
SECOND ISSUE – I saw threads on the customization in the theme not showing. Mine shows for a split second and then disappears. I am using Windows Edge on the new Windows 10. There’s most of the problem right there.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    If you’re not able to automatically upgrade from Appearance > Vantage Premium > Already Paid? top right by inserting your order number, then, please, upgrade manually. In your order confirmation email from SiteOrigin you’ll find a link to download the Vantage ZIP file and instructions on how to upgrade manually. For a video walk through of the manual upgrade process you can also use: Page: Updating a Theme Using a ZIP File.

    The Customizer problem sounds like a plugin conflict. I’ll send step by step instructions to resolve that shortly. Thanks :)

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
