Two sites have the option, the other doesn’t.
The only difference is the PageBuilder version. The sites that have it are 2.4.18. The site that doesn’t is 2.4.21

I do have the same SiteOrigins Widget Bundle 1.7.2 installed in my other sites. It is working there.
– I deleted then reinstalled the so-widgets-bundle from the WordPress Plugins page. No
– So I deleted the plugin from the site that doesn’t work. And, copied the so-widgets-bundle plugin from my other site. Nope.
– Deactivated all other plugins but these two. Negative.
– I replaced my 2.4.21 with the 2.4.18 from the other site. Notta.
Stumped!
Is it a different plugin?
I even made sure to install the SO CSS Plugin as well and again, no avail.
Please help! I don’t dare upgrade my other sites just incase it might break them and the feature is sort of imperative time saver. I don’t really want find and to write media queries for everything.
EDIT: I also use my own custom theme for all of these sites, and have added no additional plugins, functions or anything. There has been no code changes to the theme. It is the exact same base version I use on all my sites. So I don’t see there being any problems with themes.

As mentioned in the linked thread, the visibility settings for that user were being added by the Widgets for SiteOrigin plugin which is a third party plugin. To clarify, visibility settings like the one in the linked thread have never been included in the Widgets Bundle so it’s quite likely you’re using the aforementioned third party plugin.
