No page found for previews of posts

I can’t get a page preview of new posts. When I save the draft and go to see the page preview I am told that the page can’t be found. How do I get that working?

Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Leanne

    Can you try the following:

    Have you tried:

    * Deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If it does, reactive plugins one by one until the issue goes away.

    * Resetting permalinks by navigating to Settings > Permalinks, then hitting save.

Also, can you temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twelve to see if the issue goes away. This will help us see if it is an Origami specific issue.

    Hi
sorry I haven’t got back to you, our internet isn’t working properly and I will have to wait until next week to try what you said. I will get back to you, when it is up and running properly.

Okay, I have done that, I deactivated every one of them, but still no preview is available, it keeps saying page not found. I reactivated the site origin ones, and it still said the same thing.

    Hi, I Work Here

Please can you try the following two steps and let us know how those go:

    * Resetting permalinks by navigating to Settings > Permalinks, then hitting save.

    * Also, can you temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twelve to see if the issue goes away. This will help us see if it is an Origami specific issue.

    Thanks
