No padding on header?

Is it possible to have no padding on the header? I’d like the content and the header both to be 903px wide with no padding or margins on either.

    You could perhaps give our SiteOrigin CSS plugin a try? It has a visual editor that’ll help with small changes like this. The left/right padding you’re looking for is in the #page-container div.
