No longer able to edit layout slider

After updating the plugin, i’m no longer to edit or even open my layout slider. Every time I try to edit it, it takes me to a blank screen with the date and GMT. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I don’t have the Wordfence plugin. Any other idea why I can’t edit?

    Hi, I Work Here

Please, try temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins in one go. Does the issue resolve in this state?

    No, it’s still not working.

When the issue occurs are there errors in the console? https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If so, please screenshot, upload to imgur.com and send us the link.

    Hi, I Work Here

Please, contact your hosts, explain the issue, attach the console logs and ask them to check the ModSecurity logs and assist further if possible. Let us know how that goes. Thanks.

I just upgraded to Site Origin Premium. Do you think I could get any enhanced support this way? Or if I start from scratch with the layout, will it fix the problem?
