‘No Collapse’ doesn’t work when page served via Instagram bio link

Hi there,

I’ve noticed that when following a link from Instagram bio (served in an Instagram browser window, not default browser) the ‘no collapse’ function of page builder doesn’t work.

– This error only occurs via Instagram for android.

– When following link via Instagram on an iPhone, it works as it should

– Page loads perfectly via chrome on Android and via Safari on iOS.

– Therefore ‘no-collapse not working’ issue only seems to occur on Android devices and when loading a PageBuilder site via the Instagram link in bio.

I could also be wrong and this is device specific (Huawei P30 Pro), but dont have another Android device to test on. (All apps and device are fully updated btw).

Is this something that can be corrected for? Fixed in a future release? Or something I will have to live with and work around?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I’m missing a couple of components to test this issue but you could try going to SettingsPage BuilderLayoutUse Legacy Layout Engine and changing the option to Always.
