New WordPress and Theme Update Issues

Hey,

I just updated to newest wordpress release and theme.

I can no longer use the page builder on my pages as the option doesn’t appear anymore. When I click on customise under the ‘appearance’ tab, there are no options to customise either.

    Hi Philip,

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Try that out and let me know the outcome.
