New WordPress and Theme Update Issues

Hey, I just updated to newest wordpress release and theme. I can no longer use the page builder on my pages as the option doesn’t appear anymore. When I click on customise under the ‘appearance’ tab, there are no options to customise either. URL: http://greenmilk.co.uk
