Today I start use new premium theme (Vantage) but after upgrade I have some problems:
1. Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/januszn/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage/extras/settings/settings.php on line 36
2. When I want add logo to my side I go to theme setting > choice image > but there is no media (if I go normal to Media all have all pictures)
On not premium version everything was fine.

Sorry to hear about the hassle.
Please try the following:
1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test. If the issue resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one, re-checking the problem after each activation.

Thanks for your help I make all your steps but this not help :( but later when I do everything again (set logo etc.) I fund where problem start when I go to theme settings > general and I put there text and save settings this problem back.

When the box is empty everything is fine any ideas ?
My second problem is when I start new pos on the top is very big picture where I can turn this off ?

Sorry to hear this hasn’t resolved. It might be worth re-installing the theme. You can download the theme ZIP file using the link in the original order email from SiteOrigin. Here are our instructions for manually updating:

To remove the featured image on pages or change the size, head to Appearance > Theme Settings > Blog.

When I use other template everything is ok …
I start thinking my choice with premium was mistake .
