My site builder update doesn’t work

Hi Site origin team,
I have premium subscription, but when I am trying to update page builder i get following message: “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”. Can you perhaps check what problem is?

    To clarify, have you activated SiteOrigin Premium?
