multiple tages on the Page

Hi,
When i was using webmaster tools, it showed in two places on the same page
1) where the logos is placed
2) Vantage Headline

pls check this issue, and send me the fix

    I’m unfortunately not following. When you say there are multiple tags on the page, are referring to an HTML tag? If so, which one?
