Modify the post loop widget

I want to modify the post loop widget and add other options to it, like a checkbox to display author’s bio and etc. Is it possible to modify it or extend it ? any examples? thanks

    Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible without making direct plugin modifications (I’m going to log a feature request for the ability to do this however). You’ll instead need to make your own widget with post loop support – please refer to these articles for more information: Creating a widget – Getting StartedPost selector – Form Building.
