How do I center or justify pages so that they center on mobile properly using the Page Builder? Seems that the mobile displays the way the main page is built. Any help is appreciated.

It depends on the widget being used. One option is to edit the widget concerned, click Attributes and use the Mobile CSS Declarations field to add:
