Menu Mobile behaving weird. Animation fast and menu doesn’t stay

Hi, I’ve just moved from another server to new one. Im working on Multisite installation. But my mobile menu works just weird.

Thing is the trasition shows too fast but not stay, so its impossible to navigate menu
It shows no error in console inspector.
As Im working on multisite theres a few plugins activated to all network. May that be the problem?
Can you just point me on the right direction…maybe CSS or JS to take a look?

    Thanks for posting. Have you perhaps made progress? The mobile menu seems normal on my desktop and phone.
