Master header is not working on my website

Hi im using vantage theme on my website, i was trying to insert the master header but unfortunately it is not visible. and tried with multiple settings though it is not showing up. can you please help me out with this issue, it will be much appreciated.

    Hi GTKSOL,

    The masthead and header widget areas are only able to show if your Masthead Layout is set to the Default. They are not able to appear while using the Logo in Menu masthead. You can find the Masthead Layout setting by navigating to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsLayout. You can find the documentation for these settings here.

    If you are using the Default Masthead Layout and your masthead widget area still isn’t showing, do you have a public URL where we can take a closer look at your setup?
