In the Live Editor if I select the Table preview is shows almost a mobile view. I attach screen shot with live editor on the left and browser view on the right.

So the issue here is likely that your theme isn’t using standard breakpoints which are what the size of the resized preview window is. This means that you may see something differently with even a pixel smaller in browser width. :( Do you have a public URL where we can take a look and confirm this? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

I don’t have a public URL at the moment, I will set one up over the weekend.
I understand your point about breakpoints, I am using Boostrap and in the Page Builder settings I did set the Mobile and Tablet break points to be the same 768 for mobiles and 991 for Tablet so they should match.
