Lightbox not working

I’m using the Lightbox Plus Colorbox plugin, which I’ve used before in other themes, but it won’t work with Vantage. I also tried Simple Lightbox but that’s the same.

I have deactivated all other plugins, even including Page Bulder, as well as updating Vantage to v2.2.3, but still nothing. Any ideas?

    Please run a few tests for us.

    1. Is there any change if you switch to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen?
    2. How are you inserting images/galleries? Via Visual/Text or via Page Builder.
    3. If via Page Builder what widget are you using?

    1. Same problem in Twenty Fourteen

    2. Page Builder or Visual – the result is the same in either.

    3. Using a Text widget in Page Builder, also the same using Black Studio’s Visual Editor when it’s activated.

    As it’s a new site with not too much done to it yet I’m tempted to uninstall WordPress and start again with a new installation, although it’s a last resort, I’d rather not do that.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    1 and 2 mean this is unfortunately outside our wheel house, the plugin author would need to take a look.

    Have you considered the Jetpack alternative I mentioned.

    It seems both the Lightbox plugins, which have been fine in previous sites, probably haven’t been updated for Worpress 4. I found another one and it works fine.
