Hi
it’s strange: while saving a page the internet connection was interrupted. And now I do not have a standard lay-out anymore. It’s a mix of Page builder and something that looks like the cruel Gutenberg.
I’d like to attache 2 pics just to show the mess. But I do not know how to do it.
Thanks for your support
Hans
Hi Hans
Thanks for reaching out.
When able, please upload your screenshots to imgur.com or Drive/Dropbox and send us the link.
Hi
sure – here is the link:

Thanks. I don’t think I’ve seen an issue quite like this. Does the problem resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin?
Alternatively, if you’d rather try to diagnose the problem directly, try checking for console errors. Here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If errors are present they will be in red text. In that event, hover over the file name on the right to reveal the file path.
Hi
first: no errors are shown.
it’s the plugin “responsive Lightbox & Gallery”. If I switch it off everything looks normal; But this plugin is the “heart” of the site.
And by the way – I’ve often used it togehther with the siteorigin pagebuilder without any problems.
I guess I have to live with this strange backend view.
Or any other idea?
HAns
Thanks.
Activating Responsive Lightbox & Gallery doesn’t cause an issue in my local install.
* Is there a gallery or lightbox in use on the specific page in question?
* Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and Responsive Lightbox & Gallery?
