Issue with Pagebuilder Allowing Edits

Hello,

I manage a very large multisite network instance and one of our users is having an issue with Pagebuilder that we haven’t encountered before that is not allowing her to save pages or posts with Pagebuilder content. She’s shared screen recordings of her attempting to save and it essentially reverts to the code editor UI and doesn’t properly register the save itself. When I use the User Switching plugin to sign in as her account, I can save and edit the content normally, but she cannot.

This behavior is consistent across different incognito browsers with no extensions, as well as other sites on our network. The fact that I can save content with her account makes me think it is not an issue with her user account or meta, but is instead something related to her device or network? Have you heard of anything like this happening before? I can’t replicate it on my side and am curious if you have any troubleshooting advice we can give her to try to get to the bottom of the issue.

We are running WordPress 7.0, version 2.34.3 of Pagebuilder, and this is a classic theme using the classic editor plugin. Please let me know if I can supply any further info that might help.

    Thanks for posting and your detailed report.

    A few initial thoughts…could the user perhaps try another browser or their same browser in private browsing mode to remove the influence of addons? If the browser or browser mode change doesn’t help, could the user perhaps open the console in the WordPress admin (right click, inspect, click console) and screenshot the results after the “save” action?
