Issue with linking

We have a client who has SiteOrgin as a page builder and we have come into an issue with some links on the following page not actually linking, almost like there is broken code but I have searched through each block to see if we are missing something. I brought the same code into another site of ours and everything worked.

I turned off siteorigin plugins and that fixed the issue but broke the look and feel of the site.

Is the page in question. Could you please let me know if maybe I am missing something, again this is a new client of ours maybe they don’t have an updated version?

    If you scroll down to the "replacement parts" section, a little under midway down the page there is a 3 column section. All those links do not work

    Thanks. In your Custom CSS the following is being positioned over the links in question:

 display: block;
  content: " ";
  margin-top: -100px;
  height: 100px;
  visibility: hidden;
}
