Images not Loading to Media Library Vantage Premium

I never had this problem before. I am building a new site and trying to upload images…I used the lowest res pngs I could find. When it loads, it appears as a white box with a question mark. Could it be because I’m working on a test site that’s not published? This will be the real site’s url below…

    Hi, The instructions are for ftp. my hosting is html_public and I’m also on a mac. This doesn’t work.

    Just talked to hosting (GoDaddy) permissions are fine, also tried deactivating all plugins and that didn’t work either.

    Thanks for the update.

    Testing Vantage is a really quick check. Just switch over to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen and see if there is a change in the issue when testing it.

    Let us know how that goes.
