Image chooser not showing any images from Media Library

I deleted one image from my media library with the intention to replace it with another one with the same name. (This image was used on many widgets that I had already populated)
Since doing that when editing a page and editing a widget every time I hit “Choose Your Own Image,” the Media Library modal comes up, but the pictures don’t load.

On some pages, it does show all image from the library but sometimes it doesn’t.

I checked that all Siteorigin plugins are up to date and I’m also quite confident that none of my other plugins are causing this issue.

    Hi Naraujobianchi,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with adding images to your website. Unfortunately, I’m unable to replicate this issue. We need to establish a baseline and running a quick plugin conflict test will allow us to do this.

Please disable all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for getting back to me. :)
I solved the issue and actually, it was related with Polylang, another plugin that I have installed. I needed to deactivate the media option, as it was offering the possibility to “translate media” (adding a different title, text, etc). For that reason, only pages on certain language were showing the media library.

    Hi Naraujobianchi,

I’m glad to hear you were able to resolve this issue. Thank you for sharing what caused you to see a difference in your media library to appear – I wasn’t aware of this, and I’m sure it’ll help others also.

Please be sure to post another thread if you have any other questions.
