Icons do not show

The icons within the Vantage theme do not show. They appear on mobile devices but not on a computer browser (i have tried IE and chrome). I run two websites with the same theme that I have purchased the upgrade for. One works fine and my personal site does not. www.allegiantfp.com The circles appear, but the icons within do not. The arrows for the blog posts as well as the search icon do not appear either. Thoughts? Thank you!!!

    Hi allegiantfp

    Please check the settings under Settings > General. Font Awesome is being loaded from the following url:

    http://69.195.71.233/wp-content/themes/vantage/fontawesome/css/font-awesome.css?ver=3.2.1

    Some browsers can handle cross loading assets like this but IE and Firefox in particular need the above url to be the same as your site url. Perhaps you started working on your IP address during site development?
