Icons do not show

The icons within the Vantage theme do not show. They appear on mobile devices but not on a computer browser (i have tried IE and chrome). I run two websites with the same theme that I have purchased the upgrade for. One works fine and my personal site does not. www.allegiantfp.com The circles appear, but…
