I can create a product in the product section and press publish and it appears published,
But then I press preview (in the product page) but en ERROR page appears.

So to confirm, your products are publishing but the Preview button isn’t working?
Can you perhaps check if the Preview button is working on pages/posts and let us know how that goes.
Some standard troubleshooting steps here would be to:
1. Ensure no updates are pending at Dashboard > Updates.
2. Temporarily de-activate all plugins except for WooCommerce and re-check the problem.
The preview button works fine.
It´s something with the plugins.
I deactivate all of the plugins aexcept woocommerce and WPML and it´s works ok.
How can I identify which is the plugin that is causing problems?
I also still have the media library problem:

To identify a conflict you’ll need to activate your plugins one by one, after each activation re-check the problem. When the problem re-occurs you’ll know which plugin caused it.
