How to update Vantage theme?

Hi,
I have 2 websites that are running with Vantage Premium 2.4.2. and 2.1.2.
(I don’t really understand why the versions are not the same?)
I notice that there was no update for a long time. Is it normal?
Can I update wordpress 4.3 without risk?

    Hi Valérie

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If your order number isn’t inserted at Appearance > Theme Settings > Premium the site won’t receive updates.

    All of our themes and plugins are compatible with 4.3.

    If you need to retrieve your order numbers, you can do so from here:

    Hi,
    Thanks for answering but I’m still having the same issue.
    here is a detailed status:
    i) On the first website (running under WP 4.2.4/Vantage2.4.2), despite having the proper order number inserted in “Appearance > Theme Settings > Premium”, I do not have any updates available. is Vantage 2.4.2 the latest version available?
    ii) on the second one (running under WP 4.1.7/Vantage 2.1.2), I’m even missing the “premium” option under Appearance > Settings. So that I can’t insert the order number…
    Not sure by the way that this old version of Vantage is compatible with WP 4.3?

    Thanks for the update. Vantage 2.4.2 is current. No updates should show with that version running.

    For the second site go to the old Premium order field location. Settings > General > SiteOrigin Order Number and ensure it’s inserted there.

    (Ideally, both sites should be using a unique order number).
