How to get back to gutenberg!

I can’t get gutenberg working on my site! I tried selecting disable classic editor on new posts and nothing changes when I select new post (even when I select block editor)! Please help, I’d like to start using Gutenberg but it seems I’m stuck!

    Do you perhaps have the Classic Editor plugin enabled?

    No, the plugin I have is SiteOrigin Page Builder and I have unchecked the box that says “Use Classic Editor for New Posts” however nothing changes when I go into a new post and even when I select use block editor.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    The behavior you’re seeing would usually occur if the Classic Editor plugin is installed. I don’t think I’ve seen this happen otherwise. To confirm, if you go to your Plugins list, the Classic Editor plugin is not installed? If installed it should be relatively close to the top of the list: https://imgur.com/a/Mi4OEXh.
