How to edit my main page?

I can see the PageBuilder tab when I edit a page.
But how do I edit to customize the layout of my main page, like the header of my theme?

SiteOrigin Page Builder works alongside your theme to allow you to create beautiful pages and posts. This means it’s not a theme replacement but rather a theme extension. If you’re after a replacement, I recommend using a very minimal theme and replacing anything you don’t want present with CSS.
