How to edit my main page?

I can see the PageBuilder tab when I edit a page. But how do I edit to customize the layout of my main page, like the header of my theme?

Yesterday I updated page builder and this message has appeared in the header of my page. Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /homepages/17/d635552206/htdocs/app639017358/wp-content/mu-plugins/1and1-subdomain.php on line 52 When I uninstalled page builder, the error dessapeared. What can I do?
