How to display main images as thumbnails on home page?

I have a huge site built with SiteOrigin at https://lciweb.com. I would like to modify it so that each blog post appears with a thumbnail of the main image, as on this site https://interinex.com. Is there some plugin or code I can use to do this?

Hi Buck
You could use the Post Loop widget inserted onto the home page, within the Post Loop widget you can choose the Grid template.
