How to create a menu header as seen here http://www.mypsoriasis.co.nz/about/what-is/

and how do i re create the images and their separate description box under Types of psoriasis when hovered over image.

    I’d suggest trying the Features widget for the image and short description.

    unfortunately this is not what i was looking for. i want the description to appear when the image is hovered.

    Thanks for the feedback. I unfortunately don’t have a plugin in mind for this. You’d need to hunt around a try a few out.
