How to auto load prebuilt layout when creating new post

I do not want my client to use the clone option or prebuild option, I want to automatically load prebuilt layout when adding a new post.
Is this possible?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without a fair amount of custom coding. This is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on our forums, but you could hire a developer to implement this for you.

    Alternatively, this is possible by using the Custom Post Type Builder plugin addon included in SiteOrigin Premium.

    We recommend using Codeable. You’ll be able to hire someone at an hourly rate to do this work for you.
