How do I upload my logo to the Free Vantage Theme?

I want to upload my own logo to the vantage theme I have, but When I go to theme settings, it tells me to go to Customise, then from there it says to change the logo by removing the old one.

When I remove the theme logo and add my own, the theme logo wouldn’t change. The only time it changed was when I deleted the theme logo from the media library, but still my logo would not upload, and just comes up with a ‘cracked image’ picture when I view the site.

I have resized my image to the correct size, and tried both PNG and JPEGs but neither work.

I am not sure what is wrong, or if I have missed something – Can anyone shed any light on this please? Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Perhaps check the core WordPress setting at CustomizeSite Identity. The theme offers logo settings at CustomizeTheme SettingsLogo. The theme setting was added before there was a core WordPress logo setting which is why there are two locations.
