How do I move menu to top?

With the vantage theme, how do I move it to the top of the page like it is on https://hexxiumcreations.com/? I have looked through the settings however have not been able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Marky,

    The referenced website is using the Logo in Menu Masthead layout. To enable it please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize and then Theme SettingsLayout and set the Masthead Layout to Logo in Menu. Please note that this setting will disable header widgets due to the limited room in this masthead.
