Where is Vantage Premium?

I have seen all the talk of Vantage premium however I cannot find it anywhere, is it no longer available or?

MetaSlider stuck

Hello, no matter what I try, I cannot get the metaslider on the front of my side to change. I have even set it to ‘None’ but to still have the demo one play when there should be nothing at all? This is getting annoying that I cannot change it whatso ever? Please help!
How do I move menu to top?

With the vantage theme, how do I move it to the top of the page like it is on https://hexxiumcreations.com/? I have looked through the settings however have not been able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
