How do I get my endpoint pages back?

I accidentally deleted some of my endpoint pages and now they don’t display on the my account page. I am using woocommerce 2.1 and vantage premium theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried re-creating them and inserting the necessary shortcode back in.

    I was able to fix my problem by disabling all plugins using woocommerce. then I uninstalled woocommerce and deleted it. The I flushed the permalinks. then I reinstalled woocommerce plugin and it reinstalled the pages.
