I want to remove the author, date, and category from the display of the posts in the Blog Grid widget. Is this customizable? Thanks!

Could you please clarify the name of the widget? If that’s the actual name of the widget it’s a third party widget that we’re not really familiar with. I would recommend contacting the developers directly for support.
With that said, if the developer states it’s not possible you could make use of CSS to do what you’re after. I would recommend giving SiteOrigin CSS a try to see if you can work out how to hide the blog meta. I would recommend giving the getting started video a watch.
