Home Page Dark Background

Trying to set up the home page to be a dark background for the entire page, but then a white background for all the rest but can’t seem to figure it out. The widget rows don’t go full width and have white margins around them despite trying to add custom css. How can I accomplish this?

    I managed this with some creative css. I’ve always thought it would be nice to have an option for a dark Vantage theme. This is one of only 2 themes I use and love it. Neither of the two I use has a dark option, other than a background color but not a dark content area.
