Headline Plugin Content Disappearing

Content in headline plugin is disappearing or not appearing at all. First attempted to edit content in pre-built layout, but headline content disappeared upon editing. New headline segments never show content when attempting to edit. Is this occurring for anyone else? SiteOrigin included in theme bundle (The Landscaper – ThemeForest).

    Yes, the site main is https://sylvangardenslandscape.com – the specific page i’m seeing these errors on is https://sylvangardenslandscape.com/new-page-draft/

    Thanks, the Headline widget is in place but the content is missing from the page. Please, try a quick plugin conflict test. Clear your caching plugin. Next, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In that state does the issue resolve?
