Header Picture Position changes sometimes and Footer Social Media Facebook Icon

Hi Vantage Team,
thanks for that cheap and very powerful theme at first. I hope you can understand me, because my english is not the best at all. I could resolve many issues by my own or with allready closed topics, but now i have two issues I couldn’t find anything about, I hope you can help me:
1. If you visit my site: www.coaching-power.at/new I have right in the header an video button with a link to a site.
I created it with the widget Text and wrote plain html in it, like you can see.
Sometime (if you click a few time refresh) the image position changes and is more on the bottom of the widget area. so its a little bit behind the menubar.
2. In my Footer(left) I have a Text Widget Section where I wrote contact details in it. I copied the code from vantage social media facebook button and pasted it in the text section, like I did under the News section. It worked and under the News section its all fine, but in the footer the Icon is not centered, not aligned to the right but not exact at the left side like the Text. What did I wrong?
I hope you guys have a few minutes too help me out, would really appreciate it.
Kind Regards David

    Hi Dsommavilla

    Thanks for your support and positive feedback.

    1. Please, try the following at Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* Header Sidebar Padding */
    header#masthead .hgroup #header-sidebar[style] {
    	padding-top: 36.5px !important;
    	padding-top: 36.5px !important;
    }

    2. Try the following at Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* Footer */
    #footer-widgets .widget .widget {
    	padding-left: 0;
    }

    Hope that helps :)
